The Sixth Column Science Corps is the inquiring brain of the organization. It focuses on scientific inquiry and progress, especially in areas that further the Sixth Column's effectiveness and influence. It is split into two subdivisions.

The Medical Division uses both scientific medicine and superpowered healing to assist the rest of the organization in their battles.

The Research and Development Division focuses on technology and science to augment and enhance Sixth Column members' already formidable talents, including research into vampyr and werewolf serums.
