Dead? The past 4 nights there have been at least 5 of us online teaming, and at least 3 of us on vent.

Sure it's no "old days", but it's certainly not dead lol.

The "old days" you dinosaurs tend to reminisce about will probably never come back; for one the total population of CoH has declined dramatically, and a lot of people don't want to do anything more than accept the invite, enter SG mode, and get powerlevelled. That's just how the game is. The most we can realistically hope for is some new blood that actually gets involved in our little group here, but anything more than that just isn't feasible

I'm not gonna preach about what is, what was, and what is yet to come. I just know, so long as one man (or woman) has the balls to log into his (or her) Nacht, then the Column is not dead. The SG itself could be long dead and buried, but people will see a lone, kevlar-clad figure and say, "Hey, that guy was a Sixth Columnist. I heard those guys used to be awe-inspiring back in the day." And people will remember. For the SG itself is just a shell, it is not the Column. We the people are the Column.

And that's all I gotta say about that.

I'm shooting for a decent sized group, maybe 10-15 of us that play and get on vent, and look cool standing under atlas. I've all but given up on the "old days". I'm the oldie that lives in the present.
