WP/SS Help!

Hey all, Nacho told me that i should try and get a WP/SS build from Karnie, so if you're reading this, please help! I am looking for a WP/SS build, There are no powers that I really want in either set aside from knockout blow and rage, but those are pretty standard, so, just post any builds and such that you think could help me out! Huh.

RttC is a very low radius. You'll barely get the benefits out of it unless you're fighting a scrapper or tanker without good maneuvering technics.

Why the hell don't I know what RttC is.
