I'd like to pump up my BS/Regen scrapper for ultimate PvE awesomeness. Any of you guys experienced with builds for BS/Regen?

There's some info I'd like to know before diving into this.
1. Travel. You can go old school and do SS/SJ or take something else entirely.
2. You say PvE, but does that mean you want AoEs? I'll need some more specifics.
3. Taking Hasten? Even without SS, I consider it tops. Best power in game.
4. What are you aiming for from sets? Maximize damage, rech, acc, regen, HP, etc.? Pick two you think will help you survive most in PvE, and we'll work on it.
